There is a room block in Incline Village at The Incline Lodge (Ty's work). We will have shuttles departing from The Incline Lodge that will take guests directly to the venue and bring everyone back to the hotel. There is only 1 other hotel in Incline Village (the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, which may have some construction going on). The hotel room block at The Incline Lodge is 1/2 the current rates of the Hyatt.

The venue is small and intimate. Shuttles will be provided departing from the Incline Lodge that everyone can use regardless of whether or not you are staying there. Personal cars will not have room to park at the venue. The Venue is about 30-40 minutes away from Incline Village in Homewood, CA. Ubers/Lyfts can be expensive in Tahoe during the summer so although you are welcome to book one for the wedding, the Shuttles will be provided as an alternative free of charge.

Beach Cocktail Wedding Attire. Tahoe is generally warm, very sunny, and slightly breezy in the summer. The wedding and reception will both be outdoors & lakefront. Please remember to bring sunglasses!

There are tons of activities located in Incline Village as well as the surrounding Lake Tahoe area. Everything from swimming, boating, kayaking, biking, golf, and volleyball, to outdoor restaurants, bars, and live music! The Incline Lodge has beach passes for Incline Village's private beaches as well as discounted rates on local golf.

Catering will be family style and provided by EATS Cooking Company out of Truckee, California. Tommy Adkins (the owner and chef) is a great friend and a fantastic chef! Here is their website for more info: https://www.eatscookingco.com/
